Bianchi type electromagnetic cosmology - Type I Hamiltonian
Abstract
The dynamical effects of spatially homogeneous magnetic fields on anisotropic Bianchi Type I cosmological models are studied. Some general features to be expected of cosmic magnetic fields which are too weak to influence cosmic dynamics are pointed out, and the potentials affecting the evolution of anisotropy for diagonal, symmetric, and general metrics are obtained by means of the Arnowitt, Deser, and Misner Hamiltonian formalism.
