Abstract

I mentioned in Chapter 3 that the animistic conceptual frame-work I offer is a loose mosaic that reflects points of intersection and. oft-repeated themes among numerous disparate animistic traditions. It is not intended to capture every element, or even every key element, of every animistic tradition. Nor do I suggest that I have presented the one right way to conceptualize animism. How could I, since there is no one right way to be an animist?
