Abstract

Shaheena and Kitty have worked in business, academia, and the public sector, combining 65 years of experience across 65 countries. Our relationship began as one of champion and “one to watch” (OTW), with Kitty as Director of Development, who spotted potential in Shaheena, who had just returned to work after her first maternity leave. Shaheena could see the opportunity in developing a relationship with Kitty, who was at that time developing new income channels. Kitty saw in Shaheena someone with entrepreneurial flair, an authoritative presence, and a great deal of untapped potential.
