Abstract
The main purpose of papers presented at the Conference on the Frontiers of Research on Intra-Industry Trade is, as the name indicates, the advancement of research, with due credit given to existing publications and knowledge. My chapter considers the rather neglected aspect of intra-industry trade in assets. To the best of my knowledge, this frontier is largely unexplored, with only five published papers.1
