Abstract

Hand out some personality-type questionnaires to a group of middle or senior managers. Explain all that stuff about “no right or wrong answers,” “no time constraints,” “just asking you to specify your preferences and typical behaviors.” And then the question always asked by a woman, never a man: “Shall I respond as I am at home or as I am at work?”
