Abstract
The chapter presents an example of a Complexity-informed evaluation method. After a discussion of the difficulty of theory of change methods for evaluations of peacebuilding, the author describes how the Complexity-informed method is applied in the framework of an initiative in Kyrgyzstan. The chapter concludes with a reflection on the challenge of using a relatively simple, goal-free model, without giving in to reductionism.
