Abstract

Cy Feuer (1911–2006), a trumpet player who ran the music department at Republic Studios from 1945 to 1947, teamed with Ernest Martin (1919–1993) to become a leading producing team on Broadway in the 1950s and 1960s. Among the composers with whom they worked most closely was Frank Loesser.
