Abstract

Founded in 1992, HC360.com (HC Group for the company and its subsidiaries) is a leading business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce service provider in China (People’s Republic of China—PRC). Its core internet product is Mai-Mai-Tong, a strong online marketing platform, with professional services, and cutting-edge internet technologies that have made HC Group a reliable trading platform with full e-commerce services focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The interview was conducted by: Jiwen Lynda Song, Renmin University of China, and Anne S. Tsui, Arizona State University.
