Abstract
Technology can only do so much when it comes to digital asset management (DAM). Knowing your audiences, what they want and why they want it is even more important than what the technology is capable of providing. Without their cooperation even the most advanced and intelligent systems will prove to be a waste of money. This paper explores the major personality types present in most organizations and how to stack the odds in your favor to encourage a successful DAM program.
