Abstract
What is the relationship between social media-based networking and language learning and teaching? How does socialization in networked spaces, as a working, playing, or interacting activity undertaken with a person or a group, pertain to language education? This book approaches these questions through a collection of chapters offering theoretical insights and empirical evidence examined through a variety of methodological lenses. The originality of the book comes from its emphasis on the networking dynamics that arise in the social web.
