Summary

A novel series of pyrrolo[2,3-d] pyrimidines bearing sulfonamide moieties have been synthesized and tested for their antitumor activity. Among them, compounds 4, 8b, 8d, 8g and 14 showed promising antitumor activity. Moreover, compound 8d exhibited radioprotective activity. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were established by their elemental analyses and spectral data.

Zusammenfassung

Neusynthese von Pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidinen mit Sulfonamid-Resten und mit potentieller Antitumor- und radioprotektiver Wirkung

Eine neue Serie von Pyrrolo[2,3-d] pyrimidinen, die eine Sulfonamid-Rest tragen, wurde synthetisiert und auf Antitumor-Aktivität getestet. Die Verbindungen 4, 8b, 8d und 14 zeigten vielversprechende Antitumor-Aktivität. Zusätzlich zeigte Verbindung 8d eine radioprotektive Wirkung. Die Struktur der neu synthetisierten Verbindungen wurde mittels Elementar-Analyse und Spektraldaten bestimmt.
