Unterschiedliche Virustransmission und klinischer Verlauf einer Zytomegalievirus-Infektion bei dichorialer Geminigravidität
Die pränatale Infektion mit dem humanen Zytomegalievirus (HCMV) ist die häufigste Ursache für nicht genetisch bedingte Fehlbildungen und Entwicklungsstörungen (v. a. Taubheit und psychomotorische Retardierung). Die CMV-Infektion kann auch zu Frühgeburtlichkeit und intrauterinem Fruchttod führen [1] [2]. Eine ungleichmäßige Virustransmission und der unterschiedliche klinische Verlauf wurden bei Zwillingsschwangerschaften bisher nur in Einzelfällen beschrieben. Im Folgenden wird ein solcher Fall vorgestellt.
