Application of 13C nuclear magnetic resonance to the study of gibberellins

Abstract

The 13C n.m.r. spectra of a series of gibberellins have been measured and analysed almost completely. The spectrum of 13C-enriched gibberellins (mixture of A1 and A3) produced by Gibberella fujikuroi fed with sodium [1-13C]acetate is also reported.
