Reply to the ‘Comment on “Giant dielectric permittivity of detonation-produced nanodiamond is caused by water”’ by J. Macutkevic and J. Banys, J. Mater. Chem. C, 2013, 1, DOI: 10.1039/c3tc00423f

Abstract

In response to the comment by Macutkevic and Banys (J. Mater. Chem. C, 2013, 1, DOI: 10.1039/c3tc00423f), we maintain the giant water-induced ε value of detonation produced nanodiamond (DND) that we reported previously.
