An experimental confirmation of the products of the reaction between CN radicals and NH3

Abstract

By comparing H-atom yields from the reactions of CN with C2H2 and NH3, it has been confirmed that the latter reaction produces insignificant amounts of H-atoms, implying that it proceeds exclusively to HCN + NH2.
