A triple-stranded helicate and mesocate from the same metal and ligand

Abstract

A pair of triple-stranded helicates and mesocates were, for the first time, isolated from the same reaction of a novel α-free bis(dipyrromethene) ligand with either Co3+ or Fe3+.
