Measurement of proton geminal coupling constants via selective two dimensional indirect J spectroscopy. Application to the study of the conformation of steroids

Abstract

The geminal coupling constants for a series of steroids, measured by a new selective two-dimensional indirect J spectroscopy, provide direct information on the A-ring conformation and the 13C assignments of these steroids.
