Abstract
THERE is increasing evidence that cyclic AMP and/or cyclic GMP are involved in the regulation of a number of metabolic processes including cell proliferation1–13. We report here the results of an investigation testing the effects of cyclic AMP, cyclic GMP and the mesenchymal factor (MF)14–17 on the stimulation of DNA synthesis in embryonic epithelia in organ culture.
