Analysis of Systems of Anisotropic Media Dynamic Consolidation

Abstract

A mixed initial boundary-value problem for the system of equations of dynamic consolidation of water-saturated soils is considered. Error estimates are obtained for time-continuous and fully discrete approximate generalized solutions based on the finite element method.
