Tin Electroplating from Sulfate Electrolyte Containing Syntanol, Formalin, and Coumarin

Abstract

Tin electroplating from sulfate electrolyte containing organic additives was studied. The electrolyte formulation for preparing lustrous smooth tin coatings was developed.
