Production of Thiophenes from Products of Refining of Medium—sulfur Crude Oils

  • Published:
Chemistry and Technology of Fuels and Oils Aims and scope

Abstract

IOf the different reagents used for production of high—quality petroleum products, thiophenes and composites made from them are beginning to occupy an important position. In Russia, the solution of one of the most important environmental problems involves replacing toxic lead—containing antiknock compounds in production of automotive gasolines with organometallic compounds, for example, manganese—containing compounds.
