The above article was published with an error in the last paragraph on page 32.

The Ukrainian music critic cited should be Liuba Morozova.

The sentence with an error reads: ‘If your first instinct is to disagree, I offer you a quote from a recent New York Times article by another Florida colleague of mine, Gabrielle Cornish, where she cites the Ukrainian music critic Lyubov Morozova's wise words: ‘the idea that “culture is beyond politics” has long been promoted by those who put culture at the service of ideology and war crimes.’

It should read: ‘If your first instinct is to disagree, I offer you a quote from a recent New York Times article by another Florida colleague of mine, Gabrielle Cornish, where she cites the Ukrainian music critic Liuba Morozova's wise words: ‘the idea that “culture is beyond politics” has long been promoted by those who put culture at the service of ideology and war crimes.’
