Toward a Sustainable Food System for the European Union: Insights from the Social Sciences

Science Advice for Policy by European Academies (SAPEA), part of the European Commission’s Scientific Advice Mechanism, has published an evidence review report summarizing social science research seeking a sustainable food system for the European Union.
