Abstract

The article is dedicated to modeling of holes shaping at drilling of polymer composite materials that have the ability effectively to damp out the background noise accompanying work of turbine sets which nowadays are used in modern planes, in the pumping aggregates of gas-compressor stations. The most effective method of receiving of holes in polymer composite materials is diamond drilling at which material renting is carried out due to combination of processes of microcutting - shearing and fragile volume fracture. It’s developed the mathematical model for calculation of cutting rates at drilling of fiber-glass and carbon samples
