Dr. Goggy Davidowitz is a Professor and University Distinguished Scholar in the Department of Entomology at the University of Arizona, and founder of HexaFeast LLC. His basic research in insect physiology includes the regulation of insect body size and development time, resource allocation tradeoffs, and plant-insect interactions. His applied research includes development of ancillary technologies to the edible insects for food and feed sector which focuses on developing new ways to use waste streams to feed insects.
