Impedance-spectroscopy analysis of Ba5Li2Ti2Nb8O30 ferroelectric ceramics

Abstract

Tetragonal-tungsten-bronze-type Ba5Li2Ti2Nb8O30 ceramics were synthesized and sintered under different atmospheres. The dielectric properties of such materials were determined via impedance-spectroscopy measurements. Based on an equivalent circuit, the dielectric relaxation was described. The temperature dependence of various dielectrical parameters was also determined and discussed.
