    It is worth mentioning some GPCRdb tools such as “build alignment”, that allows to the user to select a protein to align individually or by family and to choose custom sequence segments to include in the alignment; “build diagram” that enables to the user to get helix box and/or snake diagrams with custom coloring and much else besides. In the main page, there are also useful links to some GPCR databases such as GuideToPharmacology (IUPHAR) (Pawson et al., 2014), TinyGRAP (Beukers et al., 1999), GPCR-OKB (Skrabanek et al., 2007), NaVa (Kazius et al., 2008) and Swiss-Prot (O’Donovan et al., 2002).
