Alterations of the cytoskeleton are also evident in other cells such as human CD4+ Jurkat T cells (Schatten et al., 2001). A subsequent assessment of 7-day SMG cultured MSC revealed a significant reduction in RhoA production and cofilin phosphorylation (Zayzafoon et al., 2005).
