Molecular Docking, Dynamic Simulation and DFT Approach to Noble “2-Hydrazinobenzothiazole” Compound
2023, Polycyclic Aromatic CompoundsSynthesis, characterization, molecular docking and antimicrobial activity of copper(II) complexes of metronidazole and 1,10 phenanthroline
2020, Inorganica Chimica ActaCitation Excerpt :Asymmetric and symmetric vN–H stretches of ligands around 3459 and 3358 cm−1, disappeared upon chelation, to form complexes [50]. The electron density of the nitrogen directed towards the metal ion, gave rise to the observed reduced frequency [51]. In the far IR region, absorption bands around 417–446 cm−1 and 511–514 cm−1 are attributed to vCu–O and vCu–N, respectively for all complexes [52–55].
X-ray and vibrational analysis of amino and chloro bibenzyl 4,4′-derivatives supported by quantum chemical calculations
2020, Journal of Molecular StructureVibrational spectroscopy and X-ray study of three stilbene dyes combined with DFT calculations
2019, Journal of Molecular StructureCitation Excerpt :The asymmetric in-plane deformation vibration of amino group is found only in the IR spectra of DAS and ADMAS at 1080 and 1058 cm−1, respectively, that is well correlated with the range where they are usually observed [59]. The CN stretching mode of primary amines occurs usually at 1275-1285 cm−1 [60,61]. Not contradicting to this, the CN stretching vibration appears in the experimental spectra near 1280 cm−1 and is in a good agreement with the computed values for all three stilbene dyes.
