Li+ conductivity in the system Li<inf>2</inf>O-Nb<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>-P<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>-LiCl as solid electrolyte based on synthesized glasses and sintered glass ceramics
2021, Solid State IonicsCitation Excerpt :In the present study, an extended range of the phase diagram Li2O-Nb2O5-P2O5 was systematically investigated regarding the Li ion conductivity for the first time. Exemplarily, the glass 60Li2O-10Nb2O5-30P2O5 with high ionic conductivity and less tendency of crystallization was chosen to examine the influence of partial LiCl addition, because it is known for other glass systems that the incorporation of Li salts such as Li2SO4 [16] and LiCl [17,18] improves the Li-ion conductivity. The sintering of the milled glass is studied and discussed regarding the densification, crystallization, and lithium-ion conductivity.
