Distinct pools of proliferating cell nuclear antigen associated to DNA replication sites interact with the p125 subunit of DNA polymerase δ or DNA ligase I
2004, Experimental Cell ResearchCitation Excerpt :Anti-DNA ligase I monoclonal antibody 1A9 was from Neomarkers, while a polyclonal antibody [46] was kindly provided by A. Montecucco (IGM-CNR, Pavia, Italy). The monoclonal antibody 6G2 to human DNA topoisomerase IIα (topo IIα) was previously described [47]. Human recombinant PCNA plasmid pT7/hPCNA (kindly provided by R.D. Wood, Pittsburgh University, PA) was expressed in BL21 E. coli, and recombinant protein was purified as previously described [48].
