The path of the DNA along the dimer interface of topoisomerase II
2004, Journal of Biological ChemistryCitation Excerpt :Plasmid pKS6 was converted into a pair of 3.6-kb singly linked circles by Tn3 resolvase (22). Selective nicking of the circle containing the unique BamHI site was carried out by controlled digestion with BamHI in the presence of ethidium bromide (23). The singly nicked dimeric catenane was purified by density gradient centrifugation (24).
