Gangireddu gadu, a compound word used to describe a person who behaves like a gangireddu. Gangireddu describes a cultural tradition in Andhra Pradesh, where bulls are traditionally decorated and their owners bring them to the homes of the village well to do people and make the bull perform and pay obeisance to the masters and mistresses of the houses in exchange for gifts. This is a tradition that revolves around specific festivals.
