Gestion d’une fistule artérioveineuse en réanimation : un abord vasculaire à préserver, conseils pratiques

Résumé

La prise en charge des patients hémodialysés chroniques en réanimation pose notamment le problème de l’entretien et de l’utilisation de leur voie d’abord vasculaire. Celle-ci reste le plus souvent une fistule artérioveineuse (FAV). La gestion d’une FAVen réanimation nécessite l’implication de l’équipe paramédicale et médicale. Nous proposons des recommandations visant à la surveillance, voire à l’utilisation de la FAVen réanimation.

Abstract

Taking care of chronic hemodialyzed patients and their vascular access needs special knowledge, dedicated skills and standardized procedures. The care of vascular access needs implication of both nurses and physicians. In the present recommendation, we focused on standardized clinical procedures that should be associated with arteriovenous fistula monitoring in ICU.
