Abstract
Review of a comparative study of the rise of neo-abolitionist prostitution policies in seven mainly English-speaking countries, but includes Sweden and the Netherlands and the transnational arena. The case studies are very good, analysing systematically the driving factors to account for abolitionist policy success, but the overall study can be faulted for case study selection and the method of deriving the crucial factors.
