The research evidence presented provides a glimpse of the meaningful relationship that exists between resilience and health while unfolding the consequences of resilience on various health outcomes. While understanding the underlying reasons for the relationship between resilience and health, interventions at social, psychological, and clinical level have been suggested followed by recommendations for policy initiatives that will facilitate resilience and health.
