Abstract
Fractures in combination with elbow dislocations are a common occurrence in the paediatric age group, but concomitant medial and lateral injuries are rare. We have described a fracture dislocation of elbow in a 13 year old with associated medial epicondyle and lateral condyle fractures. The elbow was unstable after closed reduction. Open reduction and internal fixation of both the medial and lateral fractures was required. The patient had made good progress when reviewed at 12 weeks post operatively.
