Early Triassic flora from Jilh Formation (Anisian to Ladinian), Al-Qassim, Saudi Arabia

Abstract

Early Triassic fossil plant records are extremely rare worldwide. Here we present a preliminary record of six plant genera from Early Triassic of Central Saudi Arabia that provides a brief image into the post-extinction vegetation of Gondwana subtropics.
