De reconstructie van en het herstel na een orbitafractuur is onvoorspelbaar en een uitdaging. Jesper Jansen heeft in het Amsterdam UMC (locatie AMC) onderzoek gedaan naar de toegevoegde waarde van verschillende afzonderlijke componenten van computergeassisteerde chirurgie en een klinisch protocol voor de behandeling van orbitafracturen.
