Samenvatting
Kinderen met een migratieachtergrond worden op school vaker gepest en afgewezen dan andere kinderen. Deels verklaart dit dat zij vaker gedragsproblemen hebben. Hun achterblijvende schoolprestaties zijn hierdoor echter niet te verklaren; wel door verschillen in taalvaardigheid, werkgeheugen en aandachtsproblemen.
