Abstract

De huisartsopleiding moet basisartsen leren denken, doen en voelen als ‘echte’ huisartsen. Dat noemen we professionele identiteitsvorming . Maar wat is dat precies? Welke rol spelen opleiders daarin? Hoe kun je als huisarts – tot aan je pensioen – aandacht blijven besteden aan je professionele identiteitsvorming? We beantwoorden deze vragen op basis van de literatuur en ons eigen onderzoek.
