Abstracts
Hydatid cyst disease caused by Echinococcus granulosus continues to be an important health problem today. The doubling time in hydatid cyst is known as 16–20 weeks. It is stated that the growth of hydatid cyst in the lung may be faster. However, there is no data in the literature to prove this. In this study, we presented a case showing that the doubling time of hydatid cysts in children may be faster.
