Résumé

La grossesse et le post-partum favorisent la survenue d’une thrombose hémorroïdaire ou d’une fissure anale. La constipation est le facteur de risque principal de ces pathologies proctologiques. Leur traitement est le plus souvent médical.

Abstract

Pregnancy and puerperium increase frequency of hemorrhoidal thrombosis and anal fissure. Constipation is the major risk factor for these proctologic pathologies. Most often, treatment is medical.
