Thermodynamic optimization of the selenium-arsenic (Se-As) system

  • Published:
Journal of Phase Equilibria

Abstract

The thermodynamic properties of the solid and liquid phases and gaseous species in the Se-As system were optimized based on the available experimental data. A polynomial model was used for the liquid phase. A good description of the experimental data was obtained, but further experimental studies are needed to resolve unambiguously certain contradictions among the experimental data.
