Zusammenfassung

In diesem Artikel der Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie wird anhand eines Fallbeispiels dargestellt, wie sich das Psychodrama in der Gruppentherapie für Menschen, die an Traumafolgestörungen leiden, einsetzen lässt. Das Therapeutische Spiralen Modell ist eine Variante des Psychodramas, die speziell für die Gruppenarbeit mit Trauma entwickelt wurde. Es bietet PsychodramatikerInnen trauma-spezifische Strukturen, Interventionen und Sichtweisen, mit denen eine sichere und psychodramatisch orientierte Gruppentherapie für Traumafolgestörungen möglich wird.

Abstract

This article in the journal Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie illustrates how psychodrama can be used safely within the context of group psychotherapy for people suffering from trauma. The Therapeutic Spiral Model is a modified form of psychodrama that has been developed specifically for working with trauma. It provides the psychodramatist with trauma-specific structures, interventions, and perspectives that allow for using psychodrama safely when working with trauma.
