Abstract
Rheological studies revealed the formation of boundary layers of oriented water dipoles on the surface of particles of the dispersed phase in europium oxyhydroxide hydrosol. A procedure for processing the results of pycnometric measurements of the hydrosol was proposed and used to calculate the density of particles of the dispersed phase. An assumption about the most probable structure of the particles in the sol was made.
