Abstract

We found that there are some calculation errors and improper analysis in our paper “The Quantum Corrections on Kerr-Newman Black Hole Thermodynamics by the Generalized Uncertainty Principle” (Wu and Liu in In. J. Theor. Phys. 59:2681–2693, 1). We are very sorry and solemnly apologize for this. In this note, we correct these calculation errors and make appropriate analyses. The most important result was little change. Anyway, the generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) guarantees the existence of radiation remnant for Kerr-Newman black holes.
