Two New 4-Phenylcoumarins and a New 4-Phenylcoumarin Derivative From Calophyllum polyanthum

  • Published:
Chemistry of Natural Compounds Aims and scope

Two new 4-phenylcoumarins, 12-acetoxysoulattrolide (1), inocalocyclide E (2), and one new 4-phenylcoumarin derivative, inocalophyllin C (3), together with three known 4-phenylcoumarins (4–6), and two 4-phenylcoumarin derivatives (7 and 8) were isolated from the stems and leaves of Calophyllum polyanthum Wall. ex Planch. & Triana. The absolute structures of compounds 1–3 were completely elucidated using a combination of 1D, 2D NMR techniques, HR-ESI-MS analyses, and ECD calculations.
