An Erratum to this article was published on 28 July 2015

The article considers the problem of microseismic sounding with microseisms excited by deep earthquake foci. A model of a plane seismic wave is constructed, crossing a layered structure from the Earth’s interior. In this case, the distribution of elastic parameters in the Earth’s crust can be determined by measuring the displacement field on the surface.
