Abstract
A 19-year-old male presented with mild to moderate hypertension and differential cyanosis. Transthoracic echocardiography and multi-slice computed tomography revealed type B aortic interruption along with various congenital cardiac defects including patent ductus arteriosus with bidirectional shunt, perimembranous ventricular septal defect with left-to-right shunt, bicuspid aortic valve, and severe pulmonary hypertension.
